Guidelines

We are an independent, volunteer, informal association of former employees of Caremore, Aspire, and Carelon, subsidiaries of Evelance (formerly Anthem). Our group has no current facilitation with the Evelance Corporation or its subsidiaries, and in no way should be understand to represent its interests.

Members of our group should not be solicited by outsiders about there time at Caremore/Aspire or associated companies. All people who join this group and its discussion boards and meeting affirm that they will not discuss protected information, nor disclose private information.

Members of this group agree in private and public to speak truthfully and with good will of their former employer. We specifically formed this group because we deeply value our time at Caremore and Aspire from both a personal and professional perspective. We remember our time at those companies fondly, and will convey as much in our communication.

Any business relationships (investments, employments, company formations) that occur between people who meet through this group, our slack channel, events, or other activities associated with Xaremore.com are private and independent relationships between the concerned parties. These are separate from Xaremore.com and its volunteers.
